Freediving Discovery in Moorea

World freediving champion Guillaume Néry and his team have specially designed these introductory and advanced freediving lessons in Moorea, to give as many people as possible the chance to discover this discipline in perfect conditions. For around 4 hours, you will first benefit from a theoretical part at the Nemo'z diving centre, followed by a practical part on a freediving site in calm waters in the Moorea lagoon. Everything is organised to make sure you feel at ease and enjoy the experience in complete safety!

For each freediving lesson in Moorea, an instructor will look after a maximum of 3 students at a time, which is ideal for offering you high-quality, personalised tuition. As well as discovering different aspects of the sport and making progress from the very first session, you will have the pleasure of practising in the waters of French Polynesia, which are rich in lagoon flora and fauna: get ready to be amazed once you are underwater!
