Practical information
This surf lesson is a one-to-one session that is specifically created for your needs in order to help you progress faster and more consistently. The surf spots might change, but you could surf in Alagoa, Maiata, Machico, or Seixal Beach.

- Knowledge - Learn how to read the ocean to consider all factors when surfing
- Warmup - Get ready to dive in!
- Wave riding - Spend the rest of the session practicing what you've learned in the water
- Debriefing with photo and lesson report
- Equipment return and end of activity

- Familiarise yourself with the technical equipment
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
Calhau surf school has its own facilities with changing room. Located on the beach, with fresh water shower in the end of the session.
Please note that the duration and itinerary of the activity are weather-dependent.
Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.
