Practical information
This paragliding flight in Le Grand-Bornand with photo and video option is for adventurers. Like an eagle, you'll fly higher and higher over the Aravis mountain range for almost 45 minutes. If you suffer from motion sickness, don't bother!
Course of events
Please allow 1.5 hours in total for this activity, including around 45 minutes of paragliding.
- Meet the instructors on the premises
- Take the cable car up to the take-off area at Mont Lachat (2,100 metres).
- During the ascent, the instructor will give you a briefing to help you get the most out of the take-off, but also to help you participate in and enjoy your paragliding flight.
- You'll take off and fly for around 45 minutes (depending on the winds).
- The landing will take place either in the village next to the ice rink, or at the Bouchet landing area, depending on the weather conditions.
- Debriefing and end of activity.

- Minimum weight: 40 kg (88lbs)
- Maximum weight: 120 kg (264lbs)
Special terms
This activity is not recommended for people who are afraid of heights or who suffer from motion sickness.
Please arrive 15 minutes early at the meeting point.
