Practical information
A VIP dog sledding experience in the Matapédia Valley on 40 to 60 km of trails, for around 6 hours as a passenger on the sled or driver of your sled: this is a full training session with the outfitter's mid-distance racing team!
- Reception at the Fournier Plein Air outfitter base in Saint-Vianney
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions, with sled driving training for drivers
- Take part in harnessing the dogs to the sled if you wish
- Departure for about 6 hours of dog sledding excursion on the outfitter's private trails and in the Seigneurie du Lac Matapédia regional park
- Back at the kennel, help unhitch the dogs if you wish, followed by a moment to congratulate the dogs
- Take part or simply watch the dogs being fed by the guide to end the activity
