Private dogsled tour along the Yukon Quest trail outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. In addition to the 30 minutes on the trail (3.5 miles), the activity includes Arctic weather gear, the comfort of a warm Mongolian hut to begin and end the tour, and the chance to meet and bond with the sled dogs.


Course of events

-Meet guides at meeting point 15 minutes before tour start time

-Safety and activity briefing

-Get equipped with arctic gear

-Meet the dogsled team!

-Board the sled

-Begin the 30mn trail tour!

-Break for the canines and for photos

-Return to activity base

-Warm up in an authentic Mongolian yurt

-Debrief and de-equip

-End of activity

On your way to the meeting point, please use GRANGE HALL ROAD. Do not use Kauffman Lane, even if Google Maps or your GPS directs you there.

If you use any car service or taxi for transportation, you must have a pick-up time scheduled before drop-off.
