Practical information
2.5hrs private excursion on electric mountain bikes on snow in the Vars La Forêt Blanche valley.
- Groups of 1 to 4 participants.
Course of events
Please allow 3 hours in total for this activity, including 2.5 hours for the mountain bike outing.
- Meet your guide.
- Distribution of helmets and mountain bikes according to size, adjustments.
- Briefing on the basics of mountain biking: how it works, how to shift gears properly and how to brake safely.
- Initiation on an easy course.
- The walk begins with a gentle climb.
- Pause with a view.
- The descent is more or less steep, depending on your level.
- Debriefing and end of activity.
Activity requirements
You need to know how to ride a bike to take part in this activity.
Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Minimum height: 1.55m (5 feet 1 inch)

Pregnant women, people with motor disabilities, infants and pets are not allowed to take part in this activity.
