You must know how to ride a bike to participate in this activity.
You must not weigh over 110kg or be over 75 years old to participate in this activity.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
This is an easy-level activity. Being in relatively good physical condition is required to participate.
Please note that the duration and itinerary of the activity are weather-dependent.
