Practical information

A winter via ferrata course on the banks of the Saguenay Fjord, accompanied by a guide for around 2 hours (duration varies according to your pace).

Course of events

- Meeting with an instructor at the park reception 30 minutes before the start of the activity (10 minutes if you are already on site)

- Distribution of equipment and 10-minute walk to the start of the via ferrata

- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions

- Departure for approximately 2-hour of winter via ferrata on the banks of the Saguenay Fjord

- End of the route, return to the park reception (10-minute walk) to return the equipment and end of the activity

Activity requirements

Minimum weight: 100 lbs (41 kg) / Maximum weight: 240 lbs (109 kg) with a maximum waist circumference of 117 cm (46 inches)

Minimum height: 150 cm arms raised

Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the activity (10 minutes if you are already on site).

Minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors aged 17 and over must present a parental authorisation to take part in the activity independently.

Being in good physical condition is required to take part in this activity.

Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Special terms

Pregnant people are not advised to participate in this activity.

Anyone not complying with the weight limits will be weighed at reception and refused if necessary.
