Practical information
The suits are designed for the arctic waters to keep you dry, warm and above all, safe! We highly advise you to wear warm thermal layers under the suit as well.
In addition, each guest is instructed well before stepping into the water. No swimming skills are required, as the suit will keep you on the surface.

* Please kindly note that a minimum of 3 participants is necessary for the activity to take place.
Please note that the instructor has a limited amount of suits. The size of the suit depends on how tall you are.
The rescue suits come in 4 different adult sizes, and they fit to persons 140-205cm tall (this program is not suitable for children)
