Practical information
You will enjoy 3 days of surfing on the famous Famara Beach, where you will be able to strengthen your surfing skills. On the first day, the team will give you a theoretical introduction to the postures, safety measures, types of waves, and more. Afterward, you will enter the water with your instructors and begin the real surfing experience.
You'll take your first waves and slowly feel like you've found your balance and are able to control the direction of the board. The next two days will be an opportunity to put everything you've learned to the test and gradually gain more confidence to get further from the shore and catch bigger and faster waves.
- 9:30 - The School3S team will pick you up at your accommodation (check special terms)
- Arrival at Famara Beach
- Equipment distribution (adapted to your surfing level)
- Warm up on the beach
- Basic theory lesson about the correct postures and a security briefing about the tide and the possible currents.
- Spend the rest of the morning in the water, catching your first waves
- Around 2:40 pm - Drop-off at your accommodation
- Same itinerary for the next 2 days
Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
The pick-up service is only available if you are in Puerto del Carmen. For other locations: Tias, Playa Honda, Arrecife, San Bartolomé, Macher, and Puerto Calero, it will be 10€ extra. The pick-up service from Playa Blanca is not offered.
Please note that the duration and itinerary of the activity are weather-dependent.
