Snorkelling Excursion in the Silfra Fissure at Thingvellir National Park from Silfra

- Arrival at the meeting point (please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time)

- Meet your certified instructor

- Safety and itinerary briefing

- Receive your equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, and drysuit)

- Introduction to snorkelling and snorkelling techniques

- The adventure begins!

- Snorkelling at Silfra (45 minutes)

- Return to the original departure point

Please be advised that knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.

Pregnant people are not advised to participate in this activity.

The minimum and maximum height for this activity are: 150 cm - 200 cm (5 ft - 6.5 ft) and the minimum and maximum height for this activity are: 45 kg - 120 kg (99 lbs - 265 lbs).

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

The maximum age for this activity is 69. If you are aged 60 or over, you are required to bring a medical waiver allowing you to participate.  If you are over 60 years of age, you will be required to sign a medical waiver to participate in this activity.

Please note that this snorkelling excursion takes place in English.

This activity is labelled as 'easy'.

The total time spent snorkelling is 45 minutes.

If you are 45 and partake or have partaken in pipe smoking or heavy alcohol intake, you will be required to sign a medical waiver to participate in this activity.

Please note that should you have any neurological, circulatory or respiratory problems or underlying diseases, battled any illnesses or have any physical problems you may have to bring a doctor's certificate to participate in this tour.
