Practical information

Half-day hike (3h) in the Ecrins National Park to see the chamois.

  • Easy level
  • 250 metres maximum ascent
Course of events
  • Meeting point to be determined at a later date. (In principle, in the morning between 8.30am and 8.45am for a return at 12pm, in the afternoon between 1.30pm and 1.45pm for a return at 5pm).
  • You will be briefed by your experienced guide on the planned itinerary and safety instructions.
  • Set off to explore the Écrins National Park on an easy trail.
  • Discover the natural and human environment with your enthusiastic guide.
  • Return to the starting point in complete safety, enriched by this revitalising hiking experience.
Activity requirements

Participants should be able to complete a 3-hour hike with an ascent of around 250 metres.

Minors must present parental authorisation to take part.

A minimum of 2 participants is required for this activity to take place.

Special terms

Depending on the snow conditions, it may not always be necessary to wear snowshoes.

We recommend that you take out personal accident insurance covering mountain sports at any altitude.

Don't forget to let us know if you are receiving any special treatment and/or are under medical supervision.

People with motor, mental/psychic or cognitive disabilities, infants and pets are not allowed to take part in this activity.

The duration and itinerary of this activity depend on the weather.
