Immerse yourself in the history, culture, and natural beauty of South Africa during this full day sightseeing and wildlife viewing tour from Cape Town!

Starting from your hotel in Cape Town, your tour guide will pick you up and drive you to the first stop of the tour at Bo-Kaap, a historic and vibrant neighborhood in Cape Town known for its brightly painted houses, cobblestone streets, and rich cultural heritage. Situated on the slopes of Signal Hill, the area has a distinct blend of Cape Malay and Muslim influences, with a history dating back to the 1760s.

As you drink in the sights and learn about South Africa from your guides, the tour will then make its way south along the coast, passing through the pretty suburbs of Camps Bay and Clifton, and stopping at Maiden's Cove for a chance to capture the iconic views of Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles. Then the tour will head to Hout Bay for those interested in the Seal Island Boat Cruise to observe South Africa’s cape-fur seals! The boat cruise is an optional extra and takes about 1 hour in total. After the Seal Island cruise, a few minutes of driving will take you to either the Noordhoek Farm Village for a coffee break or the Cape Point Vineyards for wine tasting.

After the relaxing and thirst quenching break, the tour will continue down the Cape Hope peninsula to the Cape Point Nature Reserve for a mild hike up to the majestic and historical lighthouse. Part of Table Mountain National Park and a UNESCO World Heritage site, Cape Point is celebrated for its dramatic cliffs, diverse flora and fauna, rich history, and stunning ocean views where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. There, wildlife enthusiasts can spot animals such as baboons, ostriches, Cape Mountain zebras, and various antelope species!

As soon as you exit the Cape Point Nature Reserve it is time to get ready to meet the adorable African Penguins at Boulders Beach Penguin Colony! Boulders Beach, located in Simon’s Town on the Cape Peninsula, is world-famous for its thriving colony of African penguins. It’s one of the few places where visitors can get up close to these endangered seabirds in their natural habitat, and the beach’s unique granite boulders, white sand, and clear waters make it a stunning destination and the perfect place to end your full day tour of the Cape of Good Hope! On the way back to Cape Town the sightseeing tour will make one final stop in Kalk Bay for some drinks before dropping you back off at your accommodation.
